The Mindfulness Based Performance Training combines the original Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training of Kabat-Zinn with the Workplace MT and insights and tools of the performance psychology.

You can follow the training individually or in a group.

The group training consists of 8 sessions of 2 1/2 hours and daily home exercises of approximately 45 minutes (partly with instrument).
